Guidion has a unique approach to computer support and installations. We cover an entire country with independent computer experts that have joined the Guidion organisation. These are the best local computer experts in their region with a service-minded attitude in their DNA. We carefully select these computer experts by testing their technical and communication skills.

How it started

Guidion was founded in 2005 in the Netherlands with the aim of delivering top quality service in computer support and installations. Guidion co-founders Tim Selman and Barbara Martens realised that with the role of technology in everyday life people were becoming increasingly frustrated when things went wrong and just wanted someone to ‘make it work’. They also recognised that people were becoming tired of self-installation and phone and remote support. People wanted a qualified, reliable and plain-speaking person to come to their home or office to take care of the problem.

Guidion's head office is in Amsterdam and it now has operations in Germany, France, UK, Sweden and Switzerland.
Reduce churn
Offering an IT support service can differentiate a broadband offering against competitors who are competing exclusively on price. As customers become comfortable with their local Expert to fix their IT issues they are less likely to change provider.
Reduce helpdesk costs
With around 70% of calls to support desks due to technical issues and the majority of those relating to set-up problems, an engineer install can reduce support calls considerably. Connectivity problem calls can also be passed on to Guidion instead of being fielded by customer support agents.
